Shipping & Dispatch times
As all items in the Shop are handmade individually by Annie, please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch of your order.
All prices in the shop include postage & packaging fees. Items will be sent via UK Royal Mail first class (tracked) which will take a further 2-3 working days.
Note that this shipping policy applies to items purchased in the Shop section of the website, and these shipping timings do not apply to any items that are custom commissions.
All prices in the shop include shipping to mainland UK only. Anyone seeking to purchase from outside mainland UK should get in touch to organise direct.
Return & Exchange Policy
We cannot currently accept returns or exchanges, however if for any reason at all that you aren't happy with your purchase, please reach out using the contact form and we'll do our very best to resolve this for you.
