Springing into Action
A new year and a new plan......In the Spring I am showing outdoor garden sculpture in the vast and wonderful grounds (too big and varied to be called a garden) belonging to sculptural artist Lou Johns for the Chichester Art Trail 2017. This will be open 29th and 30th April, 1st, 6th and 7th May from 10.30am - 5.30pm. So if you are looking for something to do over these weekends please feel free to pop in. Lou is based in Fishbourne and very near to my studio so absolutely ideal and I am looking forward to sharing this great space.
At the moment my poor old studio is freezing when I arrive in the morning but after getting the heater going and the coffee on, it is knuckle down and get going.
All the work is based on my enlarged abstracted versions of seed pods in a grogged high fired clay which I also smoke fire and sometimes wax so all good for outdoors. As you can see they are coming on.
